The seats we sit in every Sunday were paid for by those who came before us—those who gave sacrificially so we could experience God at Cornerstone, so we could also have a story of life change.
Now it’s our turn. We all have friends and family who are waiting for their purple chair. They’re waiting for an opportunity to experience God and life change. These people don’t have a seat, and their story is incomplete without God in their life. The question is, “What do we plan on doing about it?”
If you’re ready to respond to God’s call to action by getting involved, start by praying. Ask God what He would have you offer to make this vision a reality for our church.
Trust God to provide what He impresses you to give, even if that amount is greater than the resources you can readily identify.
God wants you to give with a joyful heart. When you think of giving sacrificially, remember when Jesus spoke of a poor widow who only gave two copper coins to the church.
